Mike Sorrentino lived addiction. He lived recovery. He built Archangel Centers so other people would have clinical-grade care delivered with the humanity and lived experience that only someone who has been on both sides of it can bring.
Archangel Centers is a Tinton Falls, NJ outpatient addiction treatment center serving adults. We offer Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), standard Outpatient (OP), Way House sober living, and a Detox Concierge that bridges medical detox into our programs.
Three things most centers get wrong
Lived experience plus clinical rigor
Most centers have one or the other. Mike's recovery story shapes how we treat people; our licensed clinicians bring the evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, MAT when indicated, trauma-focused care) that produce real outcomes.
Dual diagnosis as the default
Roughly half of people in addiction treatment also live with a mental health condition. We treat both together as the standard of care, not as a separate add-on program.
Outpatient by design
Outpatient care keeps you connected to your real life: family, work, community. For most adults that produces better long-term recovery than disappearing into a facility for 30 days and returning to the same environment.

Every Archangel program is run by licensed therapists and counselors who build an individualized plan around your history, not a one-size template, and treat addiction and co-occurring mental health together.
