The admissions line is staffed around the clock, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, by clinical intake coordinators, not a third-party call center. The first conversation is a confidential clinical assessment, not a sales pitch, and most calls last about twenty to thirty minutes. If you want to verify your insurance benefits on the same call, we run that too.
If you prefer to write rather than call, the contact form below routes to the right inbox based on what you select, admissions, family programming, media, editorial, or careers. Most messages get a response within one business day, often the same day during business hours. Please do not send Protected Health Information (PHI) or other sensitive medical details through the contact form, that should go over the phone instead.
For in-person tours of the Tinton Falls clinic, call ahead and we will set one up, usually within a day or two of asking. Tours are walk-throughs of the actual program space and a chance to meet some of the clinical and operational team in person.
