Samantha Hewett
Shares operational leadership of The Archangel Centers. Focus areas: day-to-day operations, clinic buildout, and the working culture that keeps the team aligned around the mission.

Samantha Hewett is one of two Managing Partners at The Archangel Centers, sharing operational leadership of the program with Ian Treacy. Her focus areas are the day-to-day operations of the clinics, the buildout of each site, and the working culture that holds the program together.
Operational leadership at an outpatient addiction treatment program is the work of making the clinical care possible, licensure, staffing, facility, regulatory compliance, the practical infrastructure that supports the clinical work. It is, in other words, the part nobody sees and nobody can do without.

What a Managing Partner actually does day-to-day
Samantha shares operational leadership with Ian Treacy. The clinical and admissions sides of the program report up through this seat. So does the facility, the staffing model, and the regulatory work, the kind of work that determines whether a clinic can actually be open and serving clients on any given day.
- Operational leadership of the program across both clinic sites
- Day-to-day operations management, the part that makes the clinical care reliable
- Clinic buildout and site management
- Cross-functional coordination across admissions, clinical, and back-office functions
- Holding the working culture of the program, the part nobody can ship from a vendor
Culture is the part you cannot outsource
Most of what makes a treatment program work or fail is not visible on the website. It is whether the team shows up for clients the same way on a Tuesday in February as it does on a tour. It is whether a therapist who is struggling tells someone, and gets help in time. It is whether the front desk knows the name of the family member calling to check on their loved one.
That working culture is what Samantha protects. Every operational decision the program makes either reinforces it or erodes it, and her job is to make sure each decision goes the right way.
“Culture is the part you cannot outsource. Every operational decision either reinforces it or erodes it, and our job is to make sure it gets reinforced.”
Two sites, the same standard
Archangel runs two clinic sites, Tinton Falls, New Jersey and Charlotte, North Carolina, and the standard at each is meant to be identical. Same physical environment, same clinical model, same admissions experience, same family programming.
That kind of consistency does not happen by accident. The clinic buildout, vendor selection, staffing model, and policy infrastructure that make each site feel like the same program is operational work, and it is Samantha's work.
Operational + billing inquiries
For operational, billing, or other non-clinical inquiries, the contact page is the right channel. For clinical or admissions questions, the admissions line at (888) 464-2144 is the route, admissions will hand off to the right team.
