The Archangel Centers is run by a small, accountable team. Founders set the mission. Managing partners run the operation. The clinical director runs the clinical program. The admissions team runs the door. Below are the leaders most likely to touch your experience here, with links to fuller bios.

Founders

Mike Sorrentino, Founder

Mike Sorrentino is a recovery advocate, author, and speaker who has lived in active recovery for more than ten years. His public sobriety, documented on the 2018 reboot of *Jersey Shore Family Vacation*, opened the door to a different kind of work behind the camera: years of clinical engagement, family work, and structural change that he wanted to make available to other people and families through a real treatment program. Lauren Sorrentino, Co-Founder

Lauren Sorrentino co-founded The Archangel Centers and leads the family programming and alumni engagement tracks. Family work is the leverage point for sustainable recovery; Lauren built the family programming model that runs alongside primary treatment in New Jersey. The Sorrentinos are parents to three children: Romeo Reign, Mia Bella Elizabeth, and Luna Lucia. See Lauren's full bio.

Operational leadership

Samantha Hewett, Managing Partner

Samantha is one of two managing partners responsible for day-to-day operations, business development, and the buildout of both clinic sites. See Samantha's full bio.

Ian Treacy, Managing Partner

Ian shares operational leadership with Samantha. His focus areas include clinical operations integration, payor relationships, and growth planning. See Ian's full bio.

Lindsay Seslar, Director of Admissions and Communications

Lindsay leads the admissions team and the communications function. Most people calling about treatment will be in conversation, directly or indirectly, with Lindsay's team. See Lindsay's full bio.

Clinical leadership

Jamie Salsberg, Clinical Director (New Jersey)

Jamie leads the clinical program at the Tinton Falls clinic, including the Partial Care, IOP, OP, and virtual treatment tracks. The Clinical Director carries responsibility for treatment plan integrity, staff supervision, intake clinical review, and quality of care across all levels. Jamie's full clinical detail page is being finalized as part of our editorial review process and will publish with credentials and review attribution.

Therapists and medical providers

Each Archangel client is assigned a primary therapist and works with the medical provider on the care team. Therapists are licensed under their respective state boards (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCADC, and other applicable credentials in New Jersey and North Carolina). Medical providers are licensed and DEA-registered to prescribe medication-assisted treatment options.

Therapist and provider detail pages are being finalized as we complete the clinical review process. Until those pages publish, the clinical director and admissions team are the right contacts for questions about staffing, supervision, or treatment team assignments.
