Monmouth County Department of Human Services
The county-level coordinating body for human services, including substance use and mental health. Programs include county mental health board services, addiction services coordination, and referrals to local providers.
Monmouth County Sheriff's Office / County Prosecutor's Office

Naloxone access
Naloxone (Narcan) reverses opioid overdose. In New Jersey, naloxone is available without a prescription in most pharmacies, and is distributed free through several state and county programs:
