A Place Built for Recovery
Group rooms, private therapy offices, the medical office, family programming rooms, and the wellness space, designed for clinical depth and nervous-system regulation.

What the clinical space includes
The space was designed around the rhythm of a clinical day, not retrofitted from a generic office buildout.
Group rooms
Several group spaces of varying size accommodate the Partial Care, IOP, and OP group rotations. Each group room is set up for the clinical content used in that block (CBT, DBT skills, dual diagnosis, relapse prevention, trauma-informed processing). Acoustic treatment supports privacy between adjacent groups.
Individual therapy rooms
Private offices for one-on-one sessions with assigned therapists. Designed for confidential clinical conversations, sound-isolated and HIPAA-aligned.
Medical office
A medical consult space where the medical provider sees clients for intake medical history, ongoing medication-assisted treatment management, and other clinical medical needs.
Wellness room
The wellness room is a supplemental space designed to support nervous-system regulation outside of group sessions:
Wellness time is supplemental to clinical hours. It is not billed as clinical care and does not replace any part of the clinical curriculum.
- Anti-gravity massage chairs
- Yoga and movement space
- Somatic and sound-healing area
- Breathwork sessions, scheduled during the clinical day
Arrival and grounding space
A comfortable seating area with coffee and quiet, opened from 8:30 AM, before the first 9:00 AM group. The grounding window is part of the program design.
Family rooms
Private spaces used for family therapy sessions and the family support program track.
Accessibility
The Tinton Falls facility is built to be accessible. Specific accommodations include:

Confidentiality and privacy in the physical space
Clinical and administrative areas are arranged so that clients are not visible from public spaces or from other clients' line of sight where it can be avoided. Names are not displayed on schedules in shared areas. Sign-in is handled discreetly. The full HIPAA framework is described in the HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, and additional protections for substance use treatment records under 42 CFR Part 2 apply.
Licensed clinicians. Evidence-based modalities.
Treatment integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, and trauma-informed care with EMDR available in individual therapy. The medical provider manages MAT (Suboxone, Vivitrol, Sublocade) and psychiatric medications when indicated.
Intake uses the full evidence-based battery: ASAM Criteria, LOCUS for mental health acuity, PHQ-9, GAD-7, the Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale, plus biopsychosocial, nutrition, and pain screens. The assessment drives the treatment plan from day one.

A program built by people who have been there
“I came back from rock bottom. I'm here because I want to show others they can too. This isn't just a business. It's my mission.”- Mike Sorrentino, Founder
Mike and Lauren Sorrentino did not set out to build a generic treatment center. They wanted a recovery-grounded program that mixes lived experience, licensed clinical expertise, and family programming that actually moves the needle for the people who love someone in active addiction.
The clinic that resulted is small enough that each client knows their primary therapist by name, but resourced enough to deliver the full ASAM continuum from Partial Care through outpatient continuing care, with MAT and EMDR available when clinically indicated.
