After building the Tinton Falls clinic into a recognized founder-led outpatient program, Mike and Lauren Sorrentino brought the same model to Charlotte, closing a gap they kept hearing about from families and clients across the Carolinas who wanted clinical-grade addiction treatment delivered by people who had walked the path.
The Charlotte Archangel Centers clinic is a NC-licensed outpatient addiction treatment center serving adults across Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, Gaston, and Union Counties. We offer Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and standard Outpatient (OP), with Detox Concierge handoffs that bridge medical detox into our outpatient continuum.
Most centers have one or the other. Mike's recovery story shapes how we treat people at the Charlotte clinic; our NC-licensed clinicians bring the evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, MAT when indicated, trauma-focused care) that produce real outcomes.
