Michael works closely with leadership, clinical teams, and community partners to strengthen access to quality treatment and promote long-term wellness. Having walked alongside her husband, Michael, through his recovery journey, Lauren offers a relatable, compassionate perspective that resonates with families navigating their own healing. With extensive experience in operations, compliance, and program development, she has built a reputation for leading with both strategic vision and heart. Ian Treacy

CMO, Co-Founder

Ian Treacy provides high-level leadership across the organization’s strategic growth, marketing infrastructure, and admissions performance nationwide. With more than 15 years of experience in behavioral health leadership, Ian has played a key role in developing the systems, partnerships, and operational consistency that support Archangel’s expansion into multiple states. He oversees national branding, referral relations, digital outreach, and community engagement, ensuring that every location operates with the same high standards of ethical communication and patient care. His leadership style focuses on accountability, transparency, and data-driven decision making, resulting in sustainable census growth and strong payer relationships. Ian continues to drive Archangel Centers’ mission forward by expanding treatment access in underserved communities and ensuring families receive compassionate, reliable support when they need it most.

Dr. Justin Skolnick, DO

Medical Director

Dr. Justin Skolnick serves as the Medical Director for Archangel Centers, where he oversees all aspects of medical care and clinical safety across the program. A board-certified Emergency Medicine physician with over 15 years of experience, Dr. Skolnick brings extensive expertise in acute stabilization, detoxification management, and integrated behavioral healthcare.

Affiliated with Hackensack Meridian Health and Southern Ocean Medical Center, Dr. Skolnick is recognized for his calm leadership, precise clinical judgment, and dedication to providing compassionate, evidence-based treatment. His background in emergency medicine allows him to ensure that each client’s medical and psychiatric needs are met with the highest standard of care from admission through recovery.

Jamie Salsberg, LCSW, CCS, CAP, MPH

Clinical Director

Jamie Salsberg brings more than a decade of experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, and clinical program leadership. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Addiction Professional, and Master of Public Health, she has developed and directed treatment programs across residential, PHP, and outpatient levels of care. Before joining Archangel Centers, Jamie led clinical operations for multiple licensed facilities and founded Onward Counseling Group, where she specialized in trauma, dual diagnosis, and family systems therapy. Known for her compassionate leadership and commitment to evidence-based, trauma-informed care, Jamie ensures that every client receives individualized, outcome-driven treatment.

Dana Ziccarello, ICADC, SAP, CPRS, RCPF

Operations Director

With over 13 years of experience in the behavioral health field and more than a decade in in leadership, Dana Ziccarello brings a wealth of knowledge in program development, compliance, and operational excellence. As a credentialed Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ICADC), Substance Abuse Professional (SAP), Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS), Recovery Coach Professional Facilitator (RCPF), and CARF Surveyor, she blends clinical expertise with compassionate leadership to ensure quality and integrity in all aspects of service delivery.

In addition to overseeing daily operations, Dana is certified to facilitate CCAR curricula for individuals pursuing Recovery Coach credentials. She personally conducts these trainings free of charge to clients who complete their treatment program at The Archangel Centers, empowering them to transform their recovery into meaningful professional pathways.

Trevor Eyerkuss

Program Director

Trevor began his career in the behavioral health field as a technician and worked his way up through operations and leadership roles. Over the years, he’s built a strong reputation for his ability to connect with clients and build lasting professional relationships.

His passion lies in creating an environment where both staff and clients feel supported, understood, and motivated to grow. Trevor brings a hands-on leadership style that emphasizes teamwork, communication, and consistency — ensuring every program runs smoothly and every person feels valued.

Lindsay Seslar

National Director of Admissions and Communications

Lindsay Seslar oversees national admissions operations and communications across all operations, bringing years of experience in behavioral health and client engagement. Dedicated to creating a seamless, compassionate intake process that reflects the organization’s mission and values. Lindsay is known for her strategic leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to ensuring every client and family receives exceptional care from the very first call.

Jimmy MacDonald

Northeast Admissions Director

Jimmy brings over a decade of experience in the recovery and behavioral health field, having served in roles such as Admissions Director, Alumni Coordinator, and Director of Housing, and as a Behavioral Tech. His well-rounded background allows him to connect with individuals and families from all walks of life, guiding them through the process of finding hope and healing.

With 12 years in personal recovery, Jimmy understands firsthand the challenges and triumphs that come with the journey. Outside of work, he’s a proud father to a 6-year-old boy who keeps him grounded, inspired, and always smiling. Fatherhood has deepened Jimmy’s passion for helping families—he knows how important it is for loved ones to find the right care and support. He believes lasting recovery begins with empathy, honesty, and genuine connection.

Millicent Huser

National Director of Compliance and Training, Administrator

Millicent Huser brings more than 20 years of experience in behavioral health administration, regulatory compliance, and staff development. In her role as Administrator and Director of Regulatory Compliance and Training for Archangel Centers, she oversees program licensing, policy implementation, and workforce education to ensure the highest operational and clinical standards. Throughout her career, Millicent has been recognized for her meticulous approach to maintaining accreditation readiness, creating efficient workflows, and mentoring teams toward excellence. Her leadership fosters a culture of accountability, compassion, and professionalism—ensuring that every client and staff member operates within a safe, ethical, and supportive environment.

Christina Tempio LPC, LCADC, NCC

Lead Therapist

Christina Tempio is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), and National Certified Counselor (NCC). Christina is committed to helping young adults and adults overcome mental health and substance use challenges. She has extensive experience working in outpatient settings, providing both individual and group therapy. Christina is certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and utilizes evidence-based practices to assist clients in emotional regulation, relapse prevention, and achieve lasting recovery.

Christina’s approach is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered. She aims to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, build resilience, and work toward meaningful change.

Sydney Pentland

Community Engagement Specialist

With over a decade of experience in community engagement and nonprofit leadership, Sydney Pentland bridges public health and holistic healing by developing systems of care that support both individual and community wellness. As a Community Engagement Specialist and certified somatic facilitator, she integrates evidence-based recovery resources with embodied practices such as breathwork, mindful movement, and nervous system regulation.

Sydney’s work centers on the belief that individual and collective healing are deeply connected. Through her consulting and community partnerships, she helps organizations expand their impact by weaving holistic wellness into traditional models of care—empowering people to reconnect, recover, and thrive.
